The pandemic did not dampen the enthusiasm of BEM of the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences to hold a talkshow "Organization Talk" with the theme "Mild Discussion About Organization in The Middle Of Pandemic", which was held virtually using zoom media, Sunday (29/11/2020)This talkshow presented two speakers. The first speaker, Bayu Septian, the head of BEM KY UNY, presented the material "How to Build a Good Work Ethic in the Middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic" while the second speaker was Hudaya Nazdif Maula Abdillah with the material "Improving Creative and Critical Mindset in Organizing during the Pandemic Period".This cool talkshow was attended by participants from representatives of ormawa and UKM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, the talkshow went well and the enthusiasm of the participants was visible.Azkiy Syifa 'Istighfarin, head of the organizational talk committee, said that the purpose of this event was to broaden the insights of the members of the organization in the IIK BW scope such as leadership, teamwork.
