- To conduct high-quality research at the national level to advance knowledge and technology in the field of health, leveraging natural resources and national culture to support the development of education and community service.
- To deliver high-quality community service at the national level based on expertise in health science and technology to empower and enhance the quality of life and health of the community.
- To develop institutional management towards a modern, efficient, and effective approach oriented towards achieving goals based on quality assurance systems and integrated information management systems, while upholding the PLUS culture (Excellent in service, Noble in character, Outstanding in performance, and Prosperous in community life).
