One of the visions of IIK Bhakta is to become an excellent institute in the quality management of Tridharma in the field of health based on the PLUS culture. Therefore, to realize this, through the Faculty of Health Technology and Management, it is holding the third International Seminar of Technology and Health Management (3rd ISoTecHMa).
In the implementation of this 3rd ISoTecHMa, the Faculty of Health Technology and Management of IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri is organizing a poster design competition as one of its activities. The theme of this 3rd ISoTecHMa event is "Service Management, Immunity, and Infection Monitoring in Stunting". This theme is chosen to support the reduction of stunting rates in Indonesia. Furthermore, IIK Bhakta invites everyone, including the younger generation, to participate in the poster design competition themed "Service Management, Immunity, and Infection Monitoring in Stunting". Through this competition, it is hoped that IIK Bhakta will be more widely known by both domestic and international communities.
A. Sub-Theme Categories
Effective Health Services: Posters can highlight the importance of effective health services in preventing stunting through good service management. Immunity and Infection Monitoring: Emphasizing the importance of monitoring immunity and infection in children to prevent stunting. Community Role: Posters can depict the important role of communities in monitoring immunity and infection as well as health service management to prevent stunting. Community Education and Awareness: Educating the community about the importance of monitoring immunity, infection, and health service management in preventing stunting. Innovation and Technology: Introducing the latest innovations and technologies in monitoring immunity, infection, and health service management to prevent stunting.
B. Terms and Conditions of the Competition
The registration fee for this competition is Rp 100,029. Students from both the IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri Institute of Health Sciences and international students: Free of charge (free). The competition is open to all age groups. Participants can enter the poster competition individually or in groups of up to 3 people. Poster design criteria: Size A3 and DPI 300 with portrait orientation. Mandatory submission of works in JPEG/PNG format. Maximum file size of 50MB. Participants can include creative sentences/narratives/taglines according to the theme and sub-themes of the competition. Participant identities/watermarks are not allowed on the work. The IIK Bhakti Wiyata logo must be included in the top right corner of the work. The logo can be accessed via www.iik.ac.id. Participants from the student community must also include their educational institution's logo. Participants can submit a maximum of three poster works, with only one work eligible to win. Participants must follow the Instagram accounts @iikbhaktiwiyata and @ftmk.bhakta. The submitted work must be uploaded via Instagram, including the title and caption corresponding to the content of the poster, along with the hashtag #LombaPosterIIKBHAKTA2024 and mention of @ftmk.bhakta and three friends. Participant Instagram accounts must not be set to private. The registered work belongs to the registrant. Participants must submit their data and registered works. For student participants, a scanned Student Identity Card must be included. Registration and submission of works can be accessed via bit.ly/regristationisotechma through the website.
C. Judging Criteria
Assessment criteria: Works can be in the form of any creative poster design (information/infographic posters, invitations, campaigns, etc.). Originality of the work: Unique design including color selection, font type, font size. Submitted works cannot use AI as a poster creation aid. Registered posters must be edited by the entrant themselves, not with the assistance of AI. The content of the poster includes ideas discussing the chosen theme/sub-theme. D. Announcement and Prize for Winners
Winners will be announced on May 25, 2024. Posters will be selected for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, as well as Honorable Mentions and a favorite poster. The winners will be determined by the jury and announced through IIK Bhakta's social media. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested. They reserve the right to disqualify participants and/or winners who violate the applicable rules.
