The Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Health Technology and Analysis IIK BHAKTA held an Information Transfer for Field Learning Practices for the Academic Year 2020/2021 in the Auditorium, Tuesday (16/08/2022).

Information Transfer for Undergraduate Public Health: Students Have Attitudes and Care About Health Problems in the CommunityTransfer of Information on Field Learning Practices (PBL) for the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program is the closing of a series of Field Learning Practices (PBL) activities carried out in three Kelurahan in Kediri City, namely Banjarmlati Village, Bandar Kidul Village, and Bandar Lor Village which has been held since July 24, 2022 then.As a form of accountability, 79 students who were divided into 6 groups were required to present their PBL results to three judges and their juniors as a forum for information transfer for students who would later carry out PBL.The Head of the Public Health S1 Study Program at IIK BHAKTA, Endah Retnani Wismaningsih, S.KM., M.Kes said that PBL is the implementation of formal learning for public health students in improving the profession, especially in terms of health education to the community."PBL is a learning process for public health students to improve specific skills such as the application of community health diagnosis, development of promotive and preventive public health problem management programs, community approach efforts and forms of work in multidisciplinary teams," he explained.Furthermore, he added that after carrying out the Field Learning Practice, IIK Bhakta Public Health S1 students gained valuable experiences such as being able to diagnose community and solve health problems in the community. "We see that our students have had learning experiences in the community so that they form a responsive and caring attitude towards health problems in the community," he concluded.The information transfer event was closed with the announcement of the best PBL group that was won by group 5 from Bandar Lor Village, Kediri City.
