A total of 34 students from the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences (IIK Bhakta) Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program took the professional oath, Thursday (20/12/2023). This activity was opened directly by the Head of the IIK Bhakta apt Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program. Tri Puji Lestari., M.Farm IIK Bhakta and attended directly by apt. Arief Sidharta., S.Si as Central Management of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI).Chancellor of IIK Bhakta Prof. Dr. apt. Muhamad Zainuddon in his speech said that IIK Bhakta pharmacist graduates must have integrity and be competitive. "A pharmacist must have good integrity, honest character and continuously build other positive characters. Knowledge competency and communication skills must be accompanied by integrity both at work and in society," he explained.PP Representative. IAI, apt. Arief Sidharta., S.Si said that pharmacists who have now taken the Pharmacist Oath should be grateful because after taking the oath, the Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA) is valid for life.Furthermore, he also advised the importance of the oath for health workers, especially pharmacists. "The oath for health workers and medical personnel is mandated by law, especially for pharmacists, it is ordered and stated in Government Regulation Number 20 of 1962," he stressed.We congratulate the 34 students of the Class VII Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program who have carried out the Pharmacist Oath.
