The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) of the Bhakti Wiyata Health Science Institute (IIK Bhakta) held the oath-taking of new Dentists class XXXI at the Graha building, 4th floor, Thursday (09/26/2024).
A total of 40 new dentists were inaugurated and sworn in, guided by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry IIK Bhakta, followed by new dentists accompanied by religious leaders. After the oath-taking, the signing of the dentist's oath certificate was carried out, signed by the clergy and representatives of the new dentists.
After the oath-taking, the event continued with the handover of new dentists by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry IIK Bhakta to drg. Muhammad Hanif as Chairperson of the IKAGI Association and Chairperson of the PDGI East Java Regional Management.
The event continued with the awarding of vandels by the IIK Bhakta Leadership Team to new dentists in turn. New dentists from all regions including Timor Leste were given sashes and vandels as a symbol of appreciation for the struggle of the new dentists to get to this point.
The Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry of IIK Bhakta determined the best dentist graduate of class XXXI in 2024 which was given to drg. Diovandia Inas Zahrani. drg. Dio accompanied by her parents, the best dentist graduate was invited to go up to the stage to receive a sash and vandel as a symbol of the best dentist award.
The event continued with a speech by the new dentist represented by drg. Cipriano Morato Soares from Timor Leste. The representative of the new dentist said that being a dentist is not only an honor, but also the power to spread goodness.
drg. Cipriano Morato Soares also said that his journey with his fellow new dentists was still long. All new dentists represented by drg. Cipriano Morato Soares expressed his gratitude to IIK Bhakti Wiyata, especially to FKG IIK Bhakta who had provided a lot of knowledge, and made their dreams of becoming dentists come true.
The handover of a bouquet of sunflowers by the new dentist to the parents was very touching. The atmosphere of emotion and pride from the parents of new dentists enveloped the room in the Graha IIK Bhakta building. All those present in the building hoped that in the future there would be a bright future for the IIK Bhakta dentist graduates.
