On February 18, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Bhakti Wiyata Health Sciences Institute (IIK Bhakta) officially inaugurated new students of the Pharmacist Profession Program batch XI in the Cakhra room.
This event was attended by 54 new students of the Pharmacist Profession study program batch XI who will soon begin their studies for the next year.
The inauguration process began with remarks from the Dean of Pharmacy IIK Bhakta apt. Evi Kurniawati, M.Farm, who gave an introduction to the importance of pharmacist professional education in improving the quality of health services.
She emphasized that being a pharmacist is not only about skills in administering drugs, but also about the responsibility to maintain patient safety and support the success of medical therapy.
After the remarks, the event continued with the reading of the decree of all new students.
Meanwhile, the Chancellor of IIK Bhaka Prof. Dr.apt. Muhamad Zainuddin expressed his hopes for new students to continue to be enthusiastic and committed to pursuing knowledge.
"We hope that the 11th batch of students in the IIK Bhakta Pharmacist Profession Program can bring innovation, improve the quality of health services, and answer global challenges in the world of pharmacy," he explained.
The inauguration ceremony was closed with a joint prayer, followed by an enthusiastic group photo session. The new 11th batch of pharmacist profession students promised to give their best for the profession they are pursuing and to have a positive impact on the world of health.
With this inauguration, the IIK Bhakta Faculty of Pharmacy shows its dedication in producing professional pharmacists who not only have high knowledge and skills, but also integrity that will advance the pharmacist profession in Indonesia.
