 Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences (IIK Bhakta) again held an Expert Lecture event with the theme: Innovation and Development of Functional Food, Monday (23/09/2024). This event invited speakers from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), namely Dr. Noer Laily, M.Sc. This event was attended on the sixth floor of the Adipadma building, Earth room and was attended by 2nd and 3rd level undergraduate nutrition students. Dr. Noer Laily, M.Si explained the importance of nutrition and ingredients in food. He also explained how to produce food that provides health benefits and reduces the risk of disease.  The hope of holding this expert lecture is for students to better understand the benefits and contents of each food ingredient. Undergraduate Nutrition students are also expected to be able to see opportunities for food innovation that will bring more benefits to society.
