On Monday, August 19, 2024, the Secretariat Office of PCNU Candirejo in Nganjuk will host an event organized by PPK Ormawa Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences Kediri. This event is designed to enhance public speaking skills and finalize the SOP POKADU, with the aim of strengthening participants' communication abilities and ensuring that relevant operational procedures are effectively implemented. The event will start at 07:30 AM WIB with participant registration.
The formal opening of the event will be conducted by the MC at 09:00 AM WIB. The MC will introduce the agenda and provide an overview of the activities planned for the event. The first session will focus on discussing and finalizing the operational procedures critical to the SOP POKADU program. This session will conclude at 10:20 AM WIB.
The second session will commence at 11:30 AM WIB with a public speaking workshop. This session will begin with presentations by experts, followed by interactive games designed to develop public speaking skills. In the game, all members of Sapa Mama and invited guests will be divided into five groups. The committee will prepare narratives and instructions on pieces of paper, and music will be played. Participants will dance and sing while spinning a bottle. When the bottle stops at someone, that person will present the narrative and instructions from the paper. This activity will continue until every group member has had a chance to speak, providing them with public speaking experience in a fun and supportive environment.
With a well-designed series of activities, it is hoped that the event will provide significant benefits to the participants, both in terms of improving public speaking skills and ensuring that the new SOP POKADU is effectively implemented in the community. These activities are part of PPK Ormawa Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences Kediri’s efforts to support individual and community capacity development.
