The Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program at the Bhakti Wiyata Institute of Health Sciences Kediri was established in 2005 with the operational decree No. 139/D/0/2005 dated September 27, 2005, and began accepting new students in the Academic Year 2006/2007 with considerable interest. Entering IIK Bhakta initially was driven by the desire to develop oneself. After being a TTK for a long time, I felt challenged to broaden and deepen my knowledge in pharmacy. At the beginning of my education, many doubted because of my age, which was no longer young.
Armed with a strong desire to be an example for my children, I pursued my undergraduate degree with enthusiasm (although I stumbled in basic courses), but it didnt diminish my determination. I rarely missed classes and always sat in the front row, which was key to absorbing the knowledge imparted.
Alhamdulillah, I finally proved that age is not a barrier to education. I graduated on time and became the top graduate for the class of 2007. Wherever we seek knowledge, the one who can prove our capability is ourselves. The educational institution plays a significant supportive role, and the lecturers are our guides to success. Stay motivated to be someone beneficial to others.

Mission
1. Organizing a competent and accountable academic education to produce pharmaceutical personnel or pharmacists.
2. Carrying out a research to develop an innovative science and technology in the field of herbal science-technology pharmacy and a community clinical pharmacy to support the development of education and community services.
3. Organizing community services based on the expertise in herbal science-technology pharmacy and community clinical pharmacy to empower and improve the quality of life and public health.
4. Developing institutions towards modern efficient and effective management oriented towards achieving goals based on a quality assurance system and integrated information system management by upholding the PLUS culture (excellence in service, noble in character, excellent in work, and prosperous in living together).
Aim:
1. Producing graduates who are competent and competitive and follow the development of science and technology in the pharmaceutical fields as well.
2. Produce a research in the pharmaceutical sector in the use of herbal ingredients by utilizing the development of science and technology.
3. Improving the level of health and the level of public welfare through community service activities in the field of pharmacy.

Mahasiswa S1 Farmasi juga melaksanakan PBL pada semester 7 (tujuh) dengan waktu dua minggu yang rencananya akan bertempat di apotik Kimia Farma di karesidenan Kediri. Mahasiswa diberi kesempatan untuk belajar menjadi tenaga kefarmasian di apotek.

During my studies at IIK Bhakta, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience ranging from classroom teaching activities, internships, community service programs, industrial visits, seminars, workshops, all supported by complete facilities and professional instructors in their fields. I am proud to be an IIK Bhakta alumni because it has enabled me to compete in the professional and cultured world of work. Thanks to the experience and knowledge from IIK Bhakta, I am now working as a lecturer and head of the pharmacy technology laboratory at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pharmacy Program, UNUGIRI Bojonegoro.

The impressions during my study at IIK Bhakta were truly enjoyable. Many caring lecturers were attentive to students, so whenever there was any material I didnt understand, it would be explained in detail until it became easy to grasp. For juniors, dont be afraid to ask questions when youre unclear or dont understand a certain lecture material, and dont be lazy to keep updating your knowledge. Entering IIK Bhakta initially was driven by the desire to develop oneself. After being a TTK for a long time, I felt challenged to broaden and deepen my knowledge in pharmacy. At the beginning of my education, many doubted because of my age, which was no longer young.
Armed with a strong desire to be an example for my children, I pursued my undergraduate degree with enthusiasm (although I stumbled in basic courses), but it didnt diminish my determination. I rarely missed classes and always sat in the front row, which was key to absorbing the knowledge imparted.
Alhamdulillah, I finally proved that age is not a barrier to education. I graduated on time and became the top graduate for the class of 2007. Wherever we seek knowledge, the one who can prove our capability is ourselves. The educational institution plays a significant supportive role, and the lecturers are our guides to success. Stay motivated to be someone beneficial to others.
