Program Studi D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan memiliki keunggulan dalam rekam medis elektronik khususnya dalam bidang pengembangan sistem informasi Kesehatan dan pengolahan data rekam medis berbasis elektronik.

Program Studi D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Fakultas Teknologi dan Manajemen Kesehatan Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata Kediri unggul dalam menerapkan sistem perkuliahan yang modern, penelitian dan pengembangan ilmu kesehatan, serta dosen yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Tujuan Program Studi D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan adalah menghasilkan lulusan D3 RMIK IIK BW yang menjadi individu profesional dan siap bersaing di bidangnya Bimbingan dan pelatihan akademik dengan reputasi yang baik dan praktik laboratorium dengan teknik modern akan diberikan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Fakultas Teknologi dan Manajemen Kesehatan IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri.

Perkuliahan diadakan dengan program penuh inovasi merupakan awal yang sangat baik untuk bekal berkarir secara profesional dibidang Program Studi Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan. 1. To provide high-quality vocational education in medical records and health information to produce excellent medical recorders and health information professionals, particularly in designing health information systems and electronic data processing.

To conduct high-quality research to develop science and technology in the field of medical records and health information, particularly in designing health information systems and electronic data processing based on the utilization of national resources and culture to support the development of education and community service.

Classification and Codification: Understanding the classification and codification of diseases recorded in patient medical records, based on knowledge of the structure and primary functions, as well as dysfunctions, of various diseases in human body systems. This includes activities such as analysis, verification, and evaluation of medical record data quantitatively and qualitatively within the scope of medical record services.
2. Data Processing: Mastery in processing data from the verified classification and codification into various indices as sources of internal and external reporting, both manually and electronically, according to policies in health service facilities.
3. Data Interoperability: Understanding the concept of data interoperability in electronic medical records.

2. Indexing: Capable of implementing indices by collecting data on diseases, mortality, actions, and doctors presented in index report forms.
3. Evaluation of Diagnosis Completeness: Capable of evaluating the completeness of diagnosis and action contents using quantitative methods, resulting in accurate coding according to the applicable international classification system.
4. Patient Services: Capable of performing patient services activities including registration, filing, and correspondence using manual and electronic methods, producing medical record data documents for use in basic medical record management and health information.
5. Data Verification: Capable of performing data verification referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data examination using manual and electronic methods, resulting in information documents to be validated by direct supervisors as the basis for decision-making.
6. Program Socialization: Capable of socializing each medical record and health information service program to internal and external parties about health service facilities using print and electronic media to increase public knowledge about medical records and health information.

11. Data Collection and Processing: Capable of collecting and processing data sources using manual and electronic methods to produce internal (health service facility) and external (addressed to health facilities such as health offices, health ministries, health insurance) routine report documents.
12. Medical Record Evaluation: Capable of evaluating the content of medical records (manual and electronic) using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods presented in the form of routine medical record quality reports.
13. Continuous Professional Development: Capable of self-development regarding advances in science and technology through seminars, training, and education in the field of medical records and health information to improve the quality and competence of human resources in the field of medical recorders and health information.

Why did I choose IIK Bhakta (Bhakti Wiyata Health Science Institute) in Kediri, despite being far away from Kalimantan? Its because IIK Bhakta is one of the health-based institutes in Indonesia located in Kediri City. Its location is also strategic, away from the noise yet not isolated. Its perfect for gaining knowledge. The instructors deployed there are mostly doctors, and their professionalism supports each respective field.
