Assalamu’alaykum warahmatullaahi wabarakatuh.

Selamat datang di Program Studi D3 Kebidanan – Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Terima kasih sudah menunjukkan ketertarikan dengan Program Studi kami. Program Studi D3 Kebidanan IIK Bhakta saat ini telah terakreditasi “BAIK SEKALI” berdasarkan Sertifikat Akreditasi LAM-PTKes dengan No.0257/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Dip/IV/2022. Program Studi D3 Kebidanan siap menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul dibidang kesehatan ibu dan anak.

Sebagai Kepala Program Studi, saya merasa sangat bangga dan bersyukur dapat memimpin dan berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu dan pendidikan di lingkungan IIK Bhakta melalui Program Studi D3 Kebidanan. Program studi ini tidak hanya sekedar tempat menimba ilmu, namun juga menjadi wadah bagi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan potensi mahasiswa dalam bidang keahliannya.

Kami selalu berkomitmen untuk memberikan pendidikan berkualitas dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. Dalam era yang penuh tantangan ini, Prodi D3 Kebidanan terus berupaya meningkatkan kurikulum, fasilitas, dan sumber daya lainnya guna mendukung pencapaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa.

Para dosen kami adalah tenaga pengajar yang berkompeten dan berpengalaman di bidangnya masing-masing. Mereka tidak hanya memperluas pengetahuan, tetapi juga membentuk kepribadian yang tangguh dan siap menghadapi dunia kerja

Vision of the D3 Midwifery Study Program

To become a leading Midwifery Study Program in the field of Child Growth and Development in ASEAN.

Mission of the D3 Midwifery Study Program

1. To provide high-quality, innovative vocational education based on advanced science and technology, producing midwifery graduates, particularly in the field of child growth and development, who are competitive at the ASEAN level.
2. To develop innovative and applicable research in midwifery, particularly in child growth and development, oriented toward the use of advanced technology, to support the improvement of community quality of life, while upholding academic integrity.
3. To carry out community service in midwifery, particularly in child growth and development, in an integrated and sustainable manner, by applying the results of education and research to improve public health status.
4. To realize professional, accountable program governance based on quality assurance and information technology, in order to support excellent service, create a prosperous working environment, and strengthen a noble and outstanding academic culture in line with the PLUS culture (Prima in service, Luhur in character, Unggul in achievement, and Sejahtera in togetherness).

Competence

Core Competencies

1. Able to carry out midwifery practice by applying ethics, legal principles, and client safety in all midwifery practice and services, in order to realize professionalism as a midwife.
2. Able to carry out midwifery practice using effective communication techniques for interaction with clients, midwives, other health professionals, and the community, in the form of history taking, counseling, advocacy, consultation, and referral, in order to meet clients' needs and maintain the quality of midwifery services.
3. Able to carry out midwifery practice by recognizing one's own limitations, being aware of the need to improve professional abilities, and maintaining existing competencies, while continuously keeping up with developments in science and technology, in order to provide the best midwifery services for the community and all stakeholders.
4. Able to carry out midwifery practice by applying biomedical sciences, midwifery, child health, socio-culture, public health, biochemistry, health physics, pharmacology, behavioral sciences, humanities, health law, and communication in an integrated manner, in order to provide comprehensive midwifery care that is optimal, standardized, safe, and effective.
5. Able to apply clinical skills in evidence-based midwifery services at every stage and for every target group of midwifery care.
6. Able to apply knowledge and skills to play an active role in efforts to improve the health quality of women and children, through education and counseling on health problems, particularly in the field of women's reproductive health.
7. Able to apply management and leadership principles in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of midwifery services, so as to set priorities and solve problems by using resources efficiently.

Supporting competencies

1. Able to formulate a midwifery diagnosis, plan interventions and re-evaluation based on professional communication skills, especially related to children development.

2. Able to provide services especially related to children development.

3. Have the ability in the field of Baby Spa & Treatment.

4. Have the ability to work independently, in groups and in organizations.

5. Have foreign language skills (English and Mandarin).
