In implementing the 2nd ISoTecHMa, the Faculty of Health Technology and Management IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri held a poster design competition as one of its series of activities. The theme raised in the 2nd ISoTecHMa event this time was Health Information System & Prepare for pandemic era. This theme was choosen to support the movement of digital information flows in various parts of the world, especially those related to health information. Furthermore, IIK Bhakta invites all people, including the younger generation, to participate in a poster design competition with the theme "Health System Support to Prepare Post-Pandemic Era".

B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

1. The registration fee for this competition is IDR 100,000 Free for all students (IIK Bhakti Wiyata and non-IIK Bhakti Wiyata)
2. This competition is open to everyone without any age limit.
3. Poster design criteria:
   • Size A3, DPI 300 with potrait orientation.
   • Works must be submitted in JPEG/PNG format.
   • File size maximum 10MB.
   • Participants can include narratives/taglines according to the theme and sub-themes of the competition.
   • It is not permitted to include the participant's identity / watermark on the work.
   • Participant must include the IIK Bhakti Wiyata logo in the upper right corner of the work. The logo can be accessed via www.iik.ac.id
   • Student participants also include the logo of their educational institution.
4. Each participant can send a maximum of 3 (three) poster works, provided but only one of the works can be the winner.
5. Participants must follow the Instagram account @iikbhaktiwiyata @ftmk.bhakta
6. Posters must be uploaded via Instagram by including interesting titles and captions, as well as hashtags#Poster ContestIIKBHAKTA2023 and mention account@ftmk.bhakta and three friends. Participant accounts should not be privated.
7. The work registered is the property of the registrant.
8. IIK Bhakti Wiyata permitted to receive data and works registered.
9. At the time of registration, participants attach a statement sheet of the originality of the work that has been scanned. For student participants, it is mandatory to include a scan of the Student Identity Card. Registration and collection of works can be accessed through the website.

C. JUDGING PROVISIONS

1. Typeof poster can be in the form of all creative poster designs (information/infographic posters, invitations, campaigns, etc.)
2. Work Assessment:
   • Overall winners (1, 2, and 3) for each category determined by the jury based on alignment with the theme/sub-theme, ideas/ideas, uniqueness of work, informative and communicative.
   • There are 3 favorite winners for each category which are determined based on the most likes on the work uploaded via the participant's Instagram.
   • Participants who have become the overall champion cannot become the favorite winner.
3. The jury consists of representatives :
   • Public Health study program
   • Medical Record & Health information study program
4. Winners will be announced via IIK Bhakta's social media.
5. The Jury's decision is final and cannot be contested, and has the right to disqualify participants and/or winners who violate applicable regulations.

D. ANNOUNCEMENT AND WINNER PRIZES

1. Winners will be announced on April 12, 2023
2. Committee will be choose one winner, 1st runner up, 2nd runner up, and 3 consolation prize winner
3. The winner is determined by the jury and will be announced on the website, and the jury's decision is final and cannot be contested.

E. TIMELINE

1. Registration : March 1-April 3, 2023
2. Instagram collection and post : April 4-5, 2023
3. Judging : April 6-11, 2023
4. Announcement of contest winners : April 12, 2023
