1. Magister in Public Health

2. Magister in Pharmacy

3. Magister in Nurse

Requirements

1. Education, especially graduated as Doctor (S3) with linear educational background.

2. Average achievement Index > 3.25 with 4 scale

3. Physically and spiritually healthy, and free from Drugs.

4. If you have got NIDN (National Lecturer Homebase Number)/NIDK, be ready to move your homebase to iiK BW.

5. Be ready to carry out Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi

2. CV

3. Photocopies of Diploma and Transcript

4. Photocopies of KTP (Residence Identification Card),KK (Family Card)& NPWP (Main Number of Tax Obligation)

5. The current photo (4 x 6)

6. Photocopy of legalized equivalent diploma for overseas graduation.

7. Photocopy of allowable letter/ A letter of willingness Statement to move one’s homebase to iiK if accepted (one who owna NIDN/NIDK)

8. Photocopy of Functional Position Decree (One who owns NIDN/NIDK)
