Selamat Datang di S1 Psychology

Program studi S1 Psikologi merupakan program studi sarjana yang berada di bawah Fakultas Kesehatan Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Program studi S1 Psikologi berdiri pada tahun 2022 sebagai program studi ke-22 di Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Wiyata (IIK Bhakta) dengan SK Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia No 555/E/O/2022.

Prodi S1 Psikologi IIK Bhakta berfokus pada psikologi kesehatan, yaitu ilmu psikologi yang mempelajari bagaimana pengaruh faktor psikologis dalam menjaga kondisi kesehatan. Psikologi kesehatan menjadi keunggulan Prodi S1 Psikologi IIK Bhakta karena diharapkan mampu menciptakan lulusan bergelar S.Psi (Sarjana Psikologi) yang unggul sebagai tenaga psikologi yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Selain itu, lulusan Program juga dapat bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja di bidang SDM, Staf konsultan di bidang psikologi, pengajar dan pengembang pendidikan, penulis, konselor, pengembang komunitas, asisten peneliti, asisten Psikolog, fasilitator dan motivator dalam program pelatihan, administrator alat tes psikologi dan pelaku usaha mandiri.

Sebagai prodi baru, Program Studi S1 Psikologi IIK Bhakta banyak diminati oleh calon mahasiswa. Psikologi menjadi salah satu jurusan kuliah terfavorit di Indonesia. Hal ini bisa menjadi peluang bagi Program Studi S1 Psikologi IIK Bhakta untuk berkembang pesat dan menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memiliki pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, seperti kemampuan melakukan interview, observasi, dan tes psikologi, mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran psikologi, menganalisis persoalan psikologis non-klinis dan persoalan perilaku, serta menyajikan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya yang sudah ada, melakukan intervensi psikologi non-klinis untuk perubahan perilaku individu, kelompok, organisasi dan masyarakat, memperoleh informasi dari data dan melakukan analisis data secara bertanggungjawab, melakukan penelitian psikologi dengan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta menuangkan pemikiran konseptual maupun hasil penelitian psikologi dalam bentuk tulisan ilmiah sesuai dengan kaidah etik dan profesionalisme, dan merencanakan dan mengembangkan karier dan pengembangan diri sendiri. Semoga Program Studi S1 Psikologi IIK Bhakta makin dikenal oleh masyarakat dan makin banyak peminat. Terima kasih.

Mission

1. To provide quality and accountable academic education in psychology, producing highly skilled healthcare professionals at the national level.

2. To conduct quality research at the national level to develop knowledge and technology in the field of health psychology, based on the utilization of natural resources and national culture, in order to support the development of education and community service.

3. To deliver quality community service at the national level, based on expertise in the field of health psychology, to empower and enhance the quality of life and health of the community.

To develop an institution towards efficient and effective modern management, focusing on achieving goals through a quality assurance system and integrated information management, while upholding the values of PLUS culture. Able to master the basic concepts and theories of psychology to describe and analyze various psychological phenomena in individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. Able to understand and apply basic psychological research methods, including research design, data analysis, and interpretation. Able to understand the basic concepts of psychological assessment in analyzing psychological phenomena in individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. Able to understand non-clinical intervention concepts based on the principles of behavior change in individuals, groups, organizations, and communities. Able to master the principles of data literacy, technology, and humanities.

General Skills:

Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of the development or implementation of science and technology, considering and applying appropriate humanitarian values in the field of health psychology. Able to demonstrate independent, high-quality, and measurable performance. Able to assess the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology, considering and applying humanitarian values in the field of health psychology, based on scientific rules, procedures, and ethics to produce solutions, ideas, designs, or art criticism. Able to compile scientific descriptions of the above studies in the form of a thesis or final report and upload them to the university's website. Able to make informed decisions in the context of problem-solving in the field of health psychology based on the analysis of information and data. Able to maintain and develop a network with mentors, colleagues, and peers both within and outside their institution. Able to take responsibility for achieving the results of group work and provide supervision and evaluation of work assigned to subordinates. Able to conduct self-evaluation of working groups under their responsibility and manage learning independently. Specific Skills:

1. Able to conduct interviews, observations, and psychological tests permitted according to psychodiagnostic principles and the Indonesian Psychological Code of Ethics.

2. Able to develop psychological measurement instruments based on the principles of classical and modern test theories.

3. Able to analyze non-clinical psychological issues and behavioral issues, and present alternative problem-solving options that already exist.

4. Able to perform non-clinical psychological interventions for behavior change in individuals, groups, organizations, and communities using counseling, psychoeducation, training, and other intervention techniques allowed based on theoretical concepts in psychology and the Indonesian Psychological Code of Ethics.

5. Able to obtain information from data and responsibly analyze data.

6. Able to obtain and process information through the responsible use of technology in the context of psychology.

7. Able to conduct psychological research using generic quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

8. Able to express conceptual thinking and the results of psychological research in scientific writing in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
